We provide both online and offline support from nationally licensed sales representatives who are trained to help navigate the difficult process of selecting an individual, family, small group or Medicare plan.  
 
Responsibilities:
HPOne is seeking a seasoned management professional for the role of Quality Assurance Manager.  The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and reporting background that will aid in supporting oversight, process improvement and reporting efforts. The Quality Assurance Manager will report to the Compliance Officer and will manage key metrics, productivity, efficiency, and compliance with regard to applicable standards.  
 
Additional duties include:
·         Provide quality oversite for all of the Company's programs to ensure compliance with all regulations and industry standards.
·         Tracking and trending of compliance and quality improvement results to aid in ensuring compliance and identifying areas of program improvement. 
·         Root cause analysis efforts with regard to areas requiring quality improvement.
·         Development of policies and procedures related to quality assurance program efforts.
·         Clear and concise documentation of oversight and quality assurance efforts.
·         Assist in the training and motivation of quality assurance team members. 
·         Host calibration sessions with QA team and others as necessary.
·         Ensure company policies are communicated, administered, and enforced.
·         Supervise quality staff in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
·         Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:
·         4-year degree in business, finance, accounting, or similar applicable discipline.
·         Minimum of 3 to 5 years of business analyst experience required.
·         Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience required.
·         Proven ability to manage and build a team.
·         Proven ability to track, trend, and be an agent of change based on data analysis.
·         Ability to comprehend and clearly articulate information to a variety of audiences.
·         Excellent interpersonal and listening skills with a positive attitude and an openness to learning and helping to effectuate change.
·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·         Prior Quality Assurance and health plan experience highly desirable.
 
Licenses/Certifications:
A current and valid Life, Health and Annuity License is desirable.
