We will assist qualified individuals with the following:
  • Process of obtaining a Florida Health Insurance (240) License
  • AHIP / ACA Certification
 
Responsibilities
Listen, present and explain various insurance plans using a consultative approach, based on a true understanding of clients’ needs and goals.  Conduct a thorough needs analysis with each client and determine the most appropriate insurance plan based on a combination of price and value from the carriers we represent.  Comfortably navigate technology while listening and talking on the phone.  Assist clients in the application process and ensure that all required information is accurate and compliant with all applicable rules and regulations.  Submit complete applications in a timely manner.  Understand and adhere to all Company, Carrier and/or CMS related policies and procedures.  Performs related job duties as required.
 
Requirements
  • Two to four years of proven sales experience in a competitive environment is required.
  • Must be Tenacious, Driven and have a Passion for Sales.
  • Expert at providing solutions by researching clients’ needs.
  • Must be articulate and have a clear speaking voice.
  • Solid computer skills to work with highly technical desktop tools.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with a positive attitude and a desire to make a difference in people’s lives.
  • Ability to explain complex information in clear, concise terms.
