We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, dynamic individual in our Tampa, FL or Phoenix, AZ office to assist in the continued growth of our Employer Exchange business.  This critical leadership position is responsible for developing, managing and leading a team that will support individuals transitioning away from their group / employer benefits. 

Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities:
  • Overall accountability for operations performance
  • Monitors and improves standard operating practices within the exchange
  • Develop the appropriate over site / operational checks and balances needed to ensure all retirees are handled in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactive, hands-on leader with a proven strategic vision who will drive operational performance.
  • Provides day-to-day supervision and support to sales staff in the performance of their job duties and responsibilities as well as Company goals
  • Establish performance expectations and goals, evaluate performance results, provide feedback to staff and administer appropriate rewards. Foster a cohesive and supportive team environment
  • Able to recruit, select and hire staff based on established criteria using traditional recruiting techniques and innovative methods to meet aggressive sales hiring goals
  • Direct the staff efforts to ensure both compliance with CMS standards and that enrollment goals are met
  • Provide leadership to staff including establishing and maintaining regular team meetings as well as providing ongoing support and coaching 
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as HR, Sales Support, IT, QA to ensure open lines of communication with Corporate office and that policies and procedures are aligned with the Company mission
  • Participate in presentations with prospective clients as needed
 
Minimum Experience:
  • 10+ years of successful operations & sales management experience
  • Previous supervisory / management experience in a 100+ seat call center environment required
  • Experience in transitioning retirees from group to individual plan preferred
  • Solid knowledge with workforce management
  • Solid knowledge and grasp of CMS rules and regulations required
  • Solid knowledge of individual & health insurance plans required
  • Solid understanding of call center technology, terminology and environment required
  • Ability to interface with Senior Level Executives during client meetings / presentations
 
Minimum Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Current Life/Health Insurance License preferred
