HPOne is seeking a seasoned management professional for the role of compliance & quality assurance manager.  The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and reporting background that will aid in supporting oversight, process improvement and reporting efforts. The Compliance & Quality Assurance Manager will report to the Compliance Officer and will manage key metrics, productivity, efficiency, and compliance with regard to applicable standards.

Responsibilities:
·         Provide quality over site for all of the Company's programs to ensure compliance with all regulations and industry standards.
·         Engage in agent oversight efforts relative to quality and compliance with CMS standards, particularly as they apply to sales,  
          marketing and customer service call centers.
·         Tracking and trending of compliance and quality improvement results to aid in ensuring compliance and identifying areas of    
          program improvement. 
·         Root cause analysis efforts with regard to areas requiring quality improvement and mitigating compliance risks.
·         Development of policies and procedures related to compliance and quality assurance program efforts.
·         Assist in the training and motivation of Compliance & Quality Assurance team members. 
·         Ensure Company, Business Partner, CMS, and other applicable policies are communicated, administered, and enforced.
·         Supervise quality staff in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
·         Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
 
 Requirements:
·         4-year degree in business, managed care, marketing, or similar applicable discipline.
·         Minimum of 3 to 5 years of Medicare experience required.
·         Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience required.
·         Proven ability to manage and build a team.
·         Proven ability to proactively mitigate compliance risk and be an agent of change.
·         Ability to comprehend and clearly articulate information to a variety of audiences.
·         Excellent interpersonal and listening skills with a positive attitude and an openness to learning and helping to effectuate      
          change.
·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·         Prior call center experience highly desirable.
 
Licenses/Certifications:
A current and valid Life, Health and Annuity License is desirable.
