Responsibilities:
As a result of our growing team, we need Sales Supervisors with a strong sales and healthcare background to support our Member Acquisition sales team. The Sales Supervisor will manage key metrics, productivity and efficiency to drive compliant sales. 
  • Select, train, coach, support and motivate sales team members. 
  • Understand sales performance versus target objectives, identify reasons for variance, communicate results and implement necessary changes. 
  • Communicate daily, weekly, monthly sales performance vs. goal to agents and leadership. Meet monthly team sales target.
  • Manage processes, systems, incentive and recognition programs to ensure financial growth and profitability.
  • Monitor calls and time reporting to ensure compliance. 
  • Ensure company policies are communicated, administered, and enforced.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for the continued growth of the sales team.
     
    Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of insurance/healthcare sales experience required.
  • Medicare and/or ACA experience required.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a supervisory/management role, preferably in a call center, a startup or fast growing operation preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage a team of sales agents.
  • Ability to comprehend and clearly articulate healthcare insurance plans and product knowledge to prospective members/callers and sales agents.
  • Possess ability to understand and utilize computer systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills, with a positive attitude and a desire to make a difference in people’s lives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 
Licenses/Certifications:
A current and valid Life, Health and Annuity License required.
