HPOne is looking for determined, self-motivated and passionate sales professionals who want to make a difference in people’s lives and achieve their own personal and professional goals.  We represent all the major insurance carriers and help callers meet their hear care insurance needs.   All sales are conducted over the phone and there is No Cold Calling.  We invest in your success by offering comprehensive and ongoing training, high quality leads, cutting edge technology and lots of support.  We will invest up to 3 weeks of paid training time for you at a very competitive wage.  During this paid training, you will learn all about the carriers you will support, the resources available to you and everything else you will need to be a top producer.  Once out of training, you will receive an hourly wage and very attractive incentive plans and even bonus potential!

This opportunity is for part-time work, typically 4 hours each day, and in the morning.

  • Ability to meet weekly and monthly goals
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Assist clients in the application process and ensure that all required information is accurate and compliant
  • Understand and adhere to all company, carrier and/or CMS related policies and procedures

Requirements

  • A current and valid AZ/FL health license
  • A current and valid AZ/FL life license- preferred
  • Prior Medicare experience is a plus, but not required
  • Proven track record for hitting sales goals
