Location: Tampa, FL

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Sales Training Implementation plan, identifying KPI’s, appropriate sales materials, and implementation schedule
  • Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process
  • Work with QA to ensure key sales ‘skills’ components are included in QA evaluation process
  • Evaluate strengths and weaknesses of new sales agents to identify training needs
  • Develop supplemental training for sales representative use after classroom training, utilizing video and eLearning platforms
  • Improves sales effectiveness by developing training approaches and techniques
  • Accomplishes sales training and organization mission by aligning training and coaching focus with KPI’s
  • Create an open-communication climate, regularly gathering feedback to improve training strategies, and ensuring alignment with sales goals
  • Maintain updated curriculum database and training record
  • Stay up-to-date with employee development trends
  • Develop benchmarks to gauge effectiveness of training and to ensure training is increasing sales and conversion rates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of work experience as a sales training specialist or sale training coordinator in a telesales environment
  • Ability to work with leaders across multiple programs and product lines
  • Healthcare knowledge is not required but beneficial
  • Course development experience, using PowerPoint is a must
  • Articulate and StoryLine 2.0 experience is a plus
  • Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Additional certification in training is a plus
