HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
 
The HR Manager will be the main contact and business partner to the VP Sales & Operations, Team Leads, supervisors and employees in our sales centers located in Phoenix and Gilbert, AZ. He/she will report remotely to the Chief Human Resources Officer, in our Trumbull, CT corporate headquarters and will interact with HR teams in other locations as well as corporate headquarters staff. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide day to day HR support.  
 
We are looking for a seasoned HR professional who possesses leadership qualities and poise. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for an opportunity to bring his/her skills and experience to a growing organization as well as creativity required to establish new programs in collaboration with other senior managers.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manages new employee orientation and on-boarding process working with other internal departments to ensure a smooth and streamlined process
  • Answering managers and employees general HR questions and working with internal HR (Trumbull, CT & Tampa, FL) to resolve specific issues.
  • Assisting with performance coaching & management, training, employee communications, employee relations and benefits enrollment.
  • As business partner, works closely with VP Sales & Operations, Account Managers, Team Leads and Supervisors to ensure that all HR goals & objectives are aligned and in support of call center management
  • Oversees the time and attendance plan to ensure compliance
  • Handle all employee relations issues and escalate to Chief Human Resources Officer as appropriate
  • Design, develop and oversee local employee reward and recognition programs
 
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years comprehensive and progressive HR expertise in a similar industry preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Working knowledge and demonstrated implementation of HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to work productively and independently in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail.
