Marketing Communications Manager

This position creates, implements and manages marketing communications activities designed to generate product awareness, brand identity, support solution-based-selling, drive business opportunities and stimulate sales for the organization.
Working closely with sales, account and product teams within the company, the Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies, plans and tactics supporting HPONE’s corporate and marketing initiatives in various media including websites, brochures, company or product fact sheets, logos, press releases or other promotional products.  In management of the RFP process, the Marketing Communications Manager collaborates with members of the sales, marketing, finance, legal, and product teams to oversee the production and submission of responses to requests for proposals or other documents describing the organizations solutions and services in response to requests from prospective clients.   
 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Develop communication strategies and plan to support company initiatives.
  • Oversee the development and evolution of the corporate website to ensure the content remains up to date and relevant to the prospective audiences.
  • Create presentation templates for sales and account management teams to ensure that core corporate messaging and branding is consistent throughout.
  • Copywriting and editing of publications, marketing materials, newsletters, press releases, etc.
  • Coordinate the preparation of responses to all RFI’s and RFP’s and ensure the final product meets the required standards.
  • Write and/or edit each section of RFI/RFP response to bring a consistent tone ensuring the content matches the RFP.
  • Ensuring projects are completed on the timeline dictated by the request and within budget.
  • Collaborate with HR to produce marketing and promotional material relevant to the recruiting and hiring process.
  • Deliver messaging using a variety of tools, including events, brochures, web, video, infographics and social media.
  • Research, recommend and oversee the conference/tradeshow schedule and budget.
  • Manage marketing materials including inventory of marketing collateral.
  • Share marketing activities and project successes with employees via the quarterly employee newsletter
 
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience to include online media and Internet marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications or other relevant discipline
  • Demonstrated communications and presentation excellence as well as exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Superior project management, organizational and time management skills
  • Strong working knowledge of marketing communication practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects to completion and within deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
