We are currently recruiting for a Recruiting Assistant for our Tampa, FL contact center. 
 
 
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and recruiting related tasks. He/she will be able to work independently with little supervision.  This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, and highly detail-oriented and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a group of professional recruiters.  The ability to interact with staff in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining positive, flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality are crucial to this role.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important.  Manage interview schedules, offer paperwork, credentialing documents, expenses and other arrangements.  Answer phone and direct all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently.  Assist with preparation of presentation materials utilizing Excel and Power Point.  Organize, coordinate and support recruitment events.  Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, copying, faxing, and preparing documents.  Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.  Assist with special projects as needed.  Perform related job duties as required.
 
Requirements:
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • 2+ years human resources administrative experience
  • Experience using an HRIS or ATS system
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Schedule flexibility to meet deadlines when required
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Strong  attention to detail
  • Ability to interact with staff in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be proactive, resourceful and self-motivated
  • Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion
