We provide both online and offline support from nationally licensed sales representatives who are trained to help navigate the difficult process of selecting an individual, family, small group or Medicare plan.  
 
 
Responsibilities:
As a result of our growing team, we need a Medicare Compliance Analyst with a strong Medicare and healthcare background to support our Compliance Department. The Medicare Compliance Analyst will conduct Part C and Part D monitoring reviews/audits, engage in projects, business improvement initiatives, and other assigned tasks manage key metrics, productivity, efficiency, and full compliance with regulations and industry standards.
·         Conduct reviews and audits across the Company.
·         Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with customers.
·         Perform duties on site, on time, and within the Company's normal business hours listed in the Employee Handbook. Facilitate frequent interactions with co-workers and conduct timely problem-solving meetings necessary to address critical and emerging work issues. Present           a positive attitude to create and maintain productive working relationships with fellow employees.
·         Provide guidance for all of the Company's programs in compliance with all regulations and industry standards.
·         Helps ensure company policies are communicated, administered, and enforced.
·         Perform other duties as may be assigned.
·         1-3 years in a supervisory/management role, preferably in a Medicare/IFP insurance leadership operation.
 
Requirements:
·         Minimum of 5 years of Medicare/IFP insurance healthcare experience required.
·         Experience in a Medicare/IFP call center environment strongly preferred.
·         Ability to comprehend and clearly articulate product knowledge from various healthcare insurance plans to prospective members/callers.
·         Possess ability to understand and utilize computer systems.
·         Excellent interpersonal and listening skills, with a positive attitude and a desire to make a difference in people’s lives.
·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 
Licenses/Certifications:
A current and valid Life, Health and Annuity License
