Responsibilities:
The Desktop Support Specialist is responsible for providing assistance to internal computer users. This position involves answering questions and resolving computer problems in person, via the telephone or by e-mail. In addition the position will image workstations and deliver and provide set up for users, install, upgrade and troubleshoot servers, PC's and printers. This position has considerable user contact and requires good people and organizational skills, attention to detail and requires follow up and communication.
 
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of help Desk Support experience
  • Knowledge of Windows & MS Office
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be collaborative with and communicate clearly with all levels of employees
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude
  • Ability to excel in fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Availability for after-hours support as required
 
Licenses/Certifications:
  • CompTIA A+, MCSA or equivalent certification.
