We will invest 8 weeks of training time for you to be a successful agent and provide you with winning leads.  During this paid training, you will learn all about the carriers you will support, the resources available to you and everything else you will need to be a top producer.

You will have the uncapped earning potential of $55,000 to $100,00K PLUS your first year to include commission and bonus incentives!  Plus, all sales are conducted over the phone and there is NO Cold Calling!  You will also be eligible for benefits including paid vacations, health insurance, and 401-K, just to name a few.

What are some of the requirements?

  • A current and valid AZ health license
  • A current and valid AZ life license- preferred
  • Prior Medicare experience is a plus, but not required
  • Driven by making sales and not afraid to “ask” for the sale
  • Must be detail-orientated, motivated self-starter with excellent time management, organization and computer skills
