Daily Responsibilities Will Include

• Deliver new hire training programs, Operational training initiatives as well as on-going learning opportunities across the organization.
• Assist with the development of training curriculum
• Develop targeted instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, demonstrations and workshops.
• Facilitate learning related to our technology and total suite of product offerings.
• Develop methods to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training as well as means for suggested improvements by training participants.
• Maintain training records such as; class rosters, quiz/exam scores, post course evaluations, etc.
• Sales team engagement and motivation.

Experience Desired

• Minimum one year training experience in a professional setting
• Experience in needs assessment, performance gap analysis and assessing training needs
• Healthcare/insurance industry experience required.  Medicare and ACA experience highly desired
• OR, any combination of academic education, professional training or work experience, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
