Description

The commission revenue coordinator will prepare excel commission templates for uploading into HPOne’s finance system.  This will entail transferring information from carrier statements both manually and via macros to the finance commission templates.   The commission revenue coordinator will also reach out to carriers both in writing and verbally as needed to resolve any commission statement issues that arise when processing templates.

Description of accountabilities

  • Create templates from carrier statements
  • Follow up with carriers for missing commission information/statements
  • Identify and research irregularities in carrier statements regarding commission payments
  • Ad hoc projects as needed

 

Required qualifications for this role

  • Associates Degree in accounting, finance, business or related fields is helpful
  • At least one year of accounting experience
  • Advanced excel experience including VLOOKUP, pivot tables and basic formulas
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to research sales commission issues and communicate relevant conclusions, both verbally and in written format
